What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, phone number and email, the details of your device and fault, and messages you send us by form, WhatsApp, Messenger, email or phone.

Why we use it

To quote and carry out your repair, to contact you about it, to issue receipts and warranty, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Your device data

We do not open, copy or delete your photos, messages or files unless you ask us to or the repair needs it. We ask before wiping a device.

How long we keep it

We keep repair records (your contact details, the fault description and invoices) for 6 years after the repair is completed, as UK tax and accounting rules require. After that we delete them.

Who sees it

Only us and the services we use to run the business, such as our email, SMS and form providers. We share it with others only if the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact us using the details above.
